Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the time of purchase. Every item is made and packed with care from our studio in Melbourne, Australia.
Shipping Options
We ship via Australia Post Express for orders within Australia only and Australia Post International Standard for customers outside of Australia. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.
USA ORDER INFORMATION
A 10% US tariff and a handling fee will be added during check out to all orders shipped to the United States, in addition to International Standard Shipping costs. This reflects import duties applied to goods entering the US from Australia.
These fees are non-refundable in the event of a return, as it is collected by US Customs, not by us.
Tracking
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

We want you to love your order from Hoop and Layer! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
