Orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the time of purchase. Every item is made and packed with care from our studio in Melbourne, Australia.
Shipping Options
We ship via Australia Post Express for domestic orders and Australia Post International Express for customers outside of Australia. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.
U.S. Shipping Update – Effective Immediately
We will be pausing shipments to the United States from 17 August 2025 due to upcoming U.S. import tariff changes taking effect on 29 August 2025.
This pause allows us to review the new costs and requirements before confirming our long-term shipping plan for U.S. customers.
We deeply value our U.S. community and will share updates here as soon as we have more clarity. Orders to all other countries remain open - if you don't see your country listed please contact us to discuss shipping options.

We want you to love your order from Hoop and Layer! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
