How do I use your hoops?

How do I care for your hoops?

Our hoops need a little extra care due to the materials they are made from. Check out our Care Instructions to learn more.

What are your hoops made of?

Our hoops are 3D printed with a PLA (Polylactic Acid). It is a biodegradable and environmentally friendly material derived from renewable resources. They’re sturdy, lightweight, and designed for both beauty and function.

My project has many layers of material, can I still use your hoops?

Depending on the thickness of the materials you are using, it may be difficult for the inner and out hoop to work as intended. Currently, our hoops are designed to work with 1-2 thin layers of fabric or ada cloth.

What size hoop should I choose?

Our round embroidery hoops come in four sizes: 120mm, 150mm, 180mm and 210mm. Our oval hoops come in three sizes: 180mm, 220mm, and 260mm.

All hoops are seamless and designed for both stitching and framing. Choose based on your fabric size or the look you’re going for— please view product listings for more details and measurement conversions from metric to imperial.

Can I frame my embroidery in these hoops?

Absolutely! Our hoops are designed to look clean and modern on display. Just tighten your piece, trim the fabric, and hang or gift it as-is.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders for less than 10 hoops are processed in about 2–4 business days.

Orders over 10 hoops may take longer based on the exact quantity and size – please contact us prior to ordering to discuss lead time.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express (within Australia only) or International Standard. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way!

Can I return or exchange my order?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind—thanks for understanding!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide from our studio in Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post International Standard shipping.

Why is there a tariff fee on my order?

Due to current US import regulations, goods shipped from Australia to the United Stations are subject to import tariffs. We've added this as a transparent line item on your order during check out rather than building it into our product prices, so you can see exactly what you're paying for and why. We know this isn't ideal, though it is outside of our control and reflects charges applied by US customs.

Are the colours exactly as shown?

We photograph all colours in natural light, but slight differences may appear due to screen settings. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us for advice before ordering.

Do you accept custom requests?

We don't offer custom shapes currently, but love hearing your ideas! If there’s a colour or size you’d love to see in future, let us know.
