How do I become a stockist?

You need to have an ABN and complete the form below. Once submitted we'll review your details and reach out for a chat, discuss our terms and next steps.

What is the minimum wholesale order?

There is a minimum spend of $250 AUD for your initial order, subsequent orders can be of any value thereafter.

Do I need to stock all colours and sizes of hoops?

We allow the stockist to choose the colours and sizes based off your requirements.

Are all prices in Australian Dollars?

Yes, all prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

​

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping fees are to be paid by the stockist. These will be calculated after orders are submitted and an invoice provided for payment.

Can I pick up my order?

We do not currently offer a pick up option.

How do you ship orders?

All orders are sent using Australia Post Express (within Australia) and tracking details provided. Couriers may be used depending on the weight and volume of the order.

How quick will I receive my order?

Orders are reviewed once submitted and generally processed within 5-7 business days. For any products out of stock or large quantities of a single colour and/or size we will advise on additional lead time. Once payments have cleared, we will ship out the order as soon as possible with tracking information.
